Why look for a Lovable alternative?

Lovable helped create the category of AI-built apps and is still a solid platform. There are three common reasons to look at other options. The first is price: its free plan gives you 5 credits per day, capped at 30 a month and not carried over, and the first paid plan, Pro, costs USD 25 a month with 100 credits, according to its official documentation. The second is focus: it is designed for working in a desktop browser, with integrations like GitHub, Supabase and Stripe that shine for technical teams. The third is the phone workflow: Lovable has had iOS and Android apps since April 2026, but in our timed test with the same prompt it never showed a preview from the phone. If any of those three points matters to you, this list is for you.

1. wanno: build and publish from your phone

wanno is the Lovable alternative designed for the phone: you download the app, type your idea in your language, and the platform builds and publishes a complete app, with a database and dashboard included. The free plan gives you new credits every day and lets you publish unlimited sites on a wanno subdomain. The first paid plan is Starter, at USD 4.99 per month or USD 49.99 per year, with a custom domain included: five times less than Lovable's Pro. From the Plus plan you can download the full code as a .zip. The app and the site are available in Spanish, English, Portuguese and French. In our timed test with the same prompt, wanno showed the app at 61 seconds and published it at 103. To be honest: it is a young platform, with a smaller community than Lovable's. 2. Bolt: web apps by chat, with token-based costs

Bolt (bolt.new) generates websites and web apps as you chat with the AI, and publishes them with hosting and a database included in Bolt Cloud. The free plan gives you 1 million tokens per month, capped at 300,000 per day; the Pro plan costs USD 25 a month, or USD 216 a year, according to its help center. What you should know: it charges by tokens, and its token guide explains that most of the consumption comes from reading and syncing the project files, so the bigger your app gets, the more tokens each message uses. The site and the product are in English only, and there is no app for building from your phone.

3. Replit: infrastructure to grow into production

Replit is the option with the most built-in infrastructure on this list: its agent creates the app, and the platform adds a PostgreSQL database, storage, domains and managed publishing. The free plan is limited: it allows 1 published app, which is taken down after 30 days. The Core plan costs USD 20 a month and includes USD 20 in credits; the details are on its pricing page. It has an official mobile app for iOS and Android, meant to complement the work you do on a computer. What you should know: the agent's effort and cloud usage are billed separately, so your monthly total depends on how much you build and on your app's traffic. The product and its content are in English only.

4. v0: Vercel's generator for the web

v0 is Vercel's generator: it creates interfaces and web apps with React and Next.js and publishes them on Vercel in one click. Its stated audience is developers and designers. The free plan allows 7 messages per day; paid plans start at USD 20 a month (Premium), and the Team plan costs USD 30 per user, according to its pricing documentation. What you should know: you sign up with a Vercel account, and running your app in production adds a Vercel bill on top of v0 credits. It does not generate native mobile apps: its iOS app is a client for using v0 from your phone, and the product is in English only.

5. Base44: the Wix ecosystem with built-in marketing

Base44 belongs to Wix: its own terms of service state that Wix operates the service, after acquiring it in 2025. It generates apps with a backend, database, payments and built-in marketing tools, such as analytics and an SEO dashboard. The free plan gives you 25 credits per month, with a maximum of 5 per day; the Starter plan costs USD 20 a month, or USD 16 a month if you pay for the year, according to its pricing page. The site has Spanish and Portuguese versions, although its guides and blog remain in English only. What you should know: it uses two kinds of credits, for messages and for integrations, which are worth understanding before you pick a plan, and its Trustpilot reviews are mixed as of October 2026, with repeated complaints about credits consumed on fixes.

6. Hostinger AI Builder: the anchor price, with fine print

Hostinger AI Builder has the lowest list price in this table, if you accept the commitment: the Premium plan is advertised at USD 2.99 a month, but that price requires paying 48 months upfront (USD 143.52 in total), and the renewal goes up to USD 10.99 a month, according to its pricing page. In return it includes hosting, a free domain for the first year and professional email, with pages and prices localized for Latin America. What you should know: it is first and foremost a website builder with an agent mode for apps, the AI mode uses credits that you buy separately when the plan's run out, and there is no app for building from your phone. If what you need is a business website with email, it is the lowest-priced option on the list.

7. Rork: native apps to publish in the stores

Rork builds truly native mobile apps: Swift for iPhone and Kotlin for Android, with guided publishing to the App Store and Google Play. The free plan only lets you design, not build; the Pro plan costs USD 20 a month with 100 credits, and the Max plan, which adds iPad, Apple Watch and widgets, starts at USD 200, according to its documentation. With the Rork Max app for iPhone you can build and install your app right from the phone itself. It is the alternative if your specific goal is to get your app into the stores and monetize it. What you should know: to publish on the App Store you need an Apple developer account (USD 99 a year), and running the app uses cloud credits that are topped up separately.

Which one is right for you?

It depends on where you are starting from. If your everyday tool is your phone, you want to write in your own language and start free with an affordable paid plan, the answer is wanno: you can see the whole flow in this AI-built recipe app. If you are a web developer who lives in React, v0 will serve you better. If your project needs to grow without limits and budget is not the issue, Replit gives you the most built-in infrastructure. If you only need a business website with email and a domain at the lowest possible price, Hostinger delivers, with its 48-month fine print. If your only goal is to be on the App Store, Rork goes straight to that. Bolt and Base44 are for those who work from the browser and prefer their ecosystems, with entry costs of USD 20 to 25.
